Where we ship from
All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. We ship worldwide.
Dispatch time
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Estimated delivery times
The estimates below run from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. They are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
- Europe: 7–10 business days
- Rest of world: 7–15 business days
All orders are sent with tracking.
Customs, import VAT and duties
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and carrier handling fees on arrival in the destination country. Swift Ink is not registered for the EU Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS), which means any such charges are not collected at checkout and are payable by you to the carrier before delivery. These charges are set by the destination country and are outside our control. We are unable to refund them, and we cannot mark parcels as gifts or declare a value lower than the amount paid.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, industrial action or other events outside our control. Delivery estimates may be longer during busy periods.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we can resend it once you cover the cost of reshipping.
Lost or missing parcels
Please check your tracking link first. If your estimated delivery window has passed, contact us at Hello@swiftink.co.uk and we will investigate with the carrier and put it right.
